Now and then, I take photos of interesting sights in courtrooms or court houses. On one such day I came across this old, faithful instrument.

Happy mobile street vendors. They traveled from Pangasinan with some great items. I bought a couple of brooms and a lovely basket. San Fernando, Pampanga.
I met R after he had traveled from Tarlac to San Fernando, gathering recyclables along the way, in the hope of selling them.
